Merry Christmas!!! We are so excited to have our wonderful friend share with all of us. How to make Almond Roca a Christmas candy favorite of ours. This has now become a staple during Christmas. David takes a batch to work on the railroad and we deliver treats to the neighbors. I normally take all kinds of treats but his year just a few treats. We have been so busy. I love to make the Roca and freeze it. I don't eat it as fast if it's in there and it will stay fresher longer. I hope you add this to your Christmas treats. God bless yall

1 cup chocolate chips
Chopped Almonds, Walnuts, or Pecans
2 to 4 cups
