6 cups flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups warm water
2 packets rapid rise yeast
1 egg

mix all ingreadents together in a mixer and mix for 5 mins
let dough rise for 1 hour
form into desired size loafs
let dough rise a second time for 1 hour
brush with beaten egg
place in pre heated 400 degrees oven and bake for 20-25 mins and are golden brown
remove from oven and place on cooling rack and let cool for 25 mins before cutting
